I now have significant damp coming through into my bedroom exactly below the join in the gutter.

The constant leak has made the render on the front of my blister and bubble and some bad weather we had a few weeks ago completely took the render off there is damp in my lobby and i can t repair the render untill the guttering is fixed. My neighbor has maintained blighted walnut trees over my driveway house storage unit and walking paths for years and has caused damage to gutters roof and even caused injuries. Personally i would now ask her again and say that the situation is getting worse and causing damage to your property give her one month to resolve issue. The matter withint the next 14 days failing which advise them that you must reserve your rights in respect of any damage caused to your property and that yu propose to take the above.

If it was damaging inside the house i. Start with a demand letter and hopefully they will understand that you are not playing games. I mentioned it everytime i saw them and eventually they got it sorted. Since they are not willing to cooperate your best bet is to consult with a real estate attorney.

My neighbour recently had their gutters replaced and the fitter cut approximately 6 inches of my gutter off and joined the new gutter to mine with expanding foam and filled in the back with expanding foam too. My neighbours guttering is leaking onto my house in fact it s attached to my house. On my terraced house my neighbour s gutter feeds into mine and down the downpipe on my property.

I need advice here as i am at my wits end. This has caused penetrating damp damage to my plaster and mould on one wall in my living room. His house is in a very poor sttae of repair and i don t want mine to go the same way. Subsequently this leaks and turns our garden into a quagmire and makes the bedroom damp when it rains.

If i had a long enough ladder i would just fix it but i dont.
