The constant leak has made the render on the front of my blister and bubble and some bad weather we had a few weeks ago completely took the render off there is damp in my lobby and i can t repair the render untill the guttering is fixed.

Personally i would now ask her again and say that the situation is getting worse and causing damage to your property give her one month to resolve issue.
The matter withint the next 14 days failing which advise them that you must reserve your rights in respect of any damage caused to your property and that yu propose to take the above.

My neighbour recently had their gutters replaced and the fitter cut approximately 6 inches of my gutter off and joined the new gutter to mine with expanding foam and filled in the back with expanding foam too.

On my terraced house my neighbour s gutter feeds into mine and down the downpipe on my property.
